She’s also the first chef in Italy to be part of the Slow Food Alliance Home Restaurant network. Throughout the class, you’ll dive into the iconic world of Italian homemade pasta. You'll learn to make Pasta all’uovo, a traditional Italian dough made from eggs and flour, which is a staple in the Emilian region. We'll guide you through three different pasta types and classic Italian dishes: Fettuccine Alfredo, Gnocchi with butter and sage, and Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. At the end of the class, you’ll enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve prepared, paired with a glass of wine. As a souvenir, each participant will receive a Homesteria apron, cookbook, and a certificate of participation. It's an experience you won’t want to miss!
