Begin your panoramic exploration of Porto Santo with a visit to Portela Viewpoint, offering sweeping views of the golden sands and the town of Vila Baleira below. Continue to Pico do Castelo, one of the island’s highest volcanic peaks, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking island and ocean vistas before heading to the Cardina Museum in Camacha, an engaging private ethnographic collection featuring traditional tools, crafts, and detailed miniature models depicting the island’s rural heritage.
