Your excursion begins with a 30-minute drive to the small Baroque village of Perast for a walking tour in this pedestrian only village. See the Cathedral of St. Nicholas and other monuments including the Parish Church, the 12th century Sveti Djordje Church, and the Sveti Nikola Church, built between the 15th and 17th centuries . In a local restaurant, you’ll taste some typical sweets, made from an original recipe used during the Baroque period. You will have some free time before boarding a private motor boat to Gospa od Skrpjela, a Baroque-style church situated on one of two islets in the bay of Kotor, across from Perast. The islet is man made, and its original church was built in 1452. You'll view the stunning present church,Our Lady of the Rocks, built in 1632, and enlarged in 1722. You'll see 68 magnificent paintings by Tripo Kokolja, a famous 17th century Baroque artist from Perast whose most important painting, The Death of the Virgin, is nearly 33 feet long. Rejoin your bus for the return drive back to Kotor for a city walking tour through UNESCO protected Old Kotor. At the end of guided portion, you will have free time for shopping and the opportunity to explore the town of Kotor on your own before returning independently to the ship.
Please note: Guests must be able to walk approximately 0.7 mile over uneven and cobblestone surfaces, minor inclines and some steps. Comfortable, non-slip walking shoes, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended. Interior visits are made at the Our Lady of the Rocks Church at the Our Lady of the Rocks Islet. Headsets are included for this tour.

Your tour will begin with a stunning speed boat ride from Kotor to Blue Cave, where you will experience the most unique views of the Bay of Kotor and Lustica Penninsula. Sun rays reflect inside the cave and cause a beautiful shade of blue water for which this cave is best known. You will visit this natural hall with its crystal-clear waters that are transparent down to the cave's 43 feet (13meters) deep seafloor. Next you will make a stop at Fisherman's Village that offers a unique local experience. All the culinary specialties that are prepared in the restaurant are made from the freshly caught fish and sea food and organically grown in the nearby garden vegetables. After a welcome drink, you wil have free time to enjoy the spacious and comfortable private beach with sun beds, the pristine sea and impressive views on the open sea and entrance of Boka Kotor Bay. A 3-course lunch will be served paired with 3 glasses of wine, followed by some more free time for the beach and swimming. Your Blue Cave and Lunch at Fisherman's Village tour will conclude with a 45-minutes scenic speed boat ride back to Kotor.

This trip is a unique combination of asphalt and off road, sea side and mountain scenery and different climates. It starts from Kotor with a scenic mountain drive towards the mountain village of Ivanova Korita. Once arrived at Ivanova Korita, located at the foot of Mount Lovcen National Park, and after a tour introduction and safety briefing you will receive your helmet, board your 2-person ATV and take the asphalt road towards the Ivanov Konak restaurant, from where you will take the Austro - Hungarian off road for 5 miles (8km) across Lovcen Mountain National Park. During this tour you will enjoy the beautiful refreshing shadow of the thick beech forest that embraces the road like a tunnel. A photo stop will be made at the place that provides the most attractive view of the 2 highest peaks on Lovcen followed by the place where King Nikola used to arrive to take a rest and enjoy the stunning view of Budva Riviera, Boka Bay and Tivat. Leaving the off road behind, you will pass one of the oldest katuns in Lovcen, continue along the asphalt road and arrive at Ivanova Korita, where your adventure will conclude.

From the port of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a motor coach will take you on a panoramic tour. You will ascend steep slopes up the serpentine road with 25 curves to Lovcen Mountain, through an area of beautiful contrasts. The soaring Montenegrin mountains tower on one side, while opposite them is the sublime beauty of one of the world’s most attractive bays. The road will take you to the picturesque village of Njegusi where you will enjoy local snacks that consist of smoked ham, cheese, homemade bread, and wine.Rejoin the coach and proceed to the town of Cetinje, to visit the Museum of King Nikola. Then follow the scenic route through the popular summer resort of the Budva Riviera, as you head back to Kotor. Kotor’s Old Quarter was developed within a small triangular area enclosed by town walls. Your experienced guide will direct your attention to the structures that were built by the Venetians from the 15th to mid-18th centuries. They completely enclose the Old Town and form a unique fortification capable of resisting lengthy attacks and sieges. Please note: There are 40 steps to enter the Museum of King Nikola. Wear comfortable walking shoes as there will be some walking on cobblestones. The drive from Kotor to Njegusi Village includes driving over a narrow mountain road with 24 switchbacks. Guests easily affected by motion sickness will need to take this into consideration.

Old Kotor was developed within a small triangular area enclosed by town walls extending to the Fort of St. John. Your experienced guide will direct your attention to structures that were built by the Venetians from the 15th to the mid-18th centuries. They completely enclose the Old Town and form a unique fortification capable of resisting lengthy attacks and sieges. You then continue to the 12th century Cathedral of St. Triphon, which features a Romanesque basilica whose nave is separated from the aisles by alternating square pillars and antique columns. Next, you’ll visit the Maritime Museum, showcasing the rich maritime heritage of this area. At the conclusion of the guided tour, you will have free time to explore Kotor independently, before returning to the yacht.

A scenic drive will take you into the countryside to the charming village of Tici, and the home of the Moric family. Upon arrival at the Moric Family home, which has been in the family for more than 200 years, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome by Ilija Moric, University Professor & President of Montenegro Olive Oil Producers Association. You will get a unique opportunity to discover the secrets behind producing organic olive oil as the Moric family are the only business in the area currently producing organic olive oil. Take a short walk through the olive grove, before visiting their new, modern olive press. Afterwards, when you see the old olive press, you’ll understand how the new system has made life a lot easier! At the old mill you’ll have the opportunity to sample the olive oil, with Ilija Moric on hand to answer any questions you may have. This is followed by a buffet consisting of a delicious variety of homemade food and drinks such as smoked ham, bacon, sausages, homemade cheese, salad and apple pie. Upon arrival in Kotor you will have the opportunity to explore charming streets and historical monuments of this Mediterranean jewel with your tour guide.
Please note: Guests must be able to walk approximately 1 mile over uneven and cobblestone surfaces, inclines and numerous steps. Participants will need to maneuver over approximately 500 yards of uneven terrain while in the olive grove. Comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunglasses and plenty of sunscreen are recommended. No shopping stops are made during the tour but guests will have ample time once the tour has concluded.
