Disembark, meet your tour guide and drop off your luggage at their storage facility to start the tour. Venice is composed of more than 100 tiny islets, packed closely together around canals. Venice city is in a lagoon, protected from the sea by a long strip of land called the Lido. You will visit two islands—Murano and Burano. Nearly half of the lagoon’s islands are deserted but the main islands of Burano, Murano and Torcello are well worth a visit. In 1291, when furnaces were banned from Venice as a fire precaution, the manufacturers of fine glassware were transferred to Murano. Glassware was one of the few Venetian exports and as such, the secrets of this skillful craft were tightly guarded. Glassmaking was considered a privileged occupation, and glass artisans were allowed to marry into the nobility. Today, the Murano products of blown-glass mirrors, chandeliers, goblets, and intricate works of art are renowned worldwide. There will be time for a visit to one of the many workshops and for shopping. The island of Burano will be next. Brightly painted houses decorate this small and cheerful fishing village. Burano is well known for its lace-making. In the 16th century, the lace industry was at its peak, and Burano was cited throughout Europe for producing the finest lace. You will have the chance to admire these beautiful works that require hours of labor, and maybe even purchase some, if you like. At the end, motor launch will transfer you back to the port where your luggage will be ready to be re-collected, you will then board your private vehicle to the airport.

From Rovinj you will travel by coach on a 60-minute drive to Motovun, a hilltop town that has preserved its medieval ambiance in its narrow streets within the town walls, preserved in their entire length. Board your coach for the 45-minute drive to one of the best known resort towns in Croatia – Porec. By international standards, Porec is a cultural and historical jewel. Porec features two main intersecting streets, Cardo and Decumanus, which even today remain the backbone of the Old Town. Visit the Episcopal complex of the Euphrasian Basilica built in the 6th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marafor, the oldest part of the town, still boasts the remains of two Roman temples. See the House of Two Saints, the Istrian Parliament Building, and the Leoni and Zuccato Palaces. You will have some free time to explore this charming little town on your own. Lim Fjord is one of the most beautiful natural sites in Istria and represents a sunken canyon valley in karst. It is one of the most beautiful fjords outside Norway offering many hidden sports to the ones coming to visit. The water in the fjord is less transparent and less salty than the open sea due to many springs, and the temperatures of the water in the fjord fluctuate. The water here also contains a large amount of plankton and oxygen so it provides abundant flora and fauna. The area is a natural hatching site for many fish species but is known for its oysters which even impressed Anthony Bourdain. The best way to visit Rovinj Archipelago and Lim Fjord is by boat, so join this adventure and see the beauties from a different perspective while trying the tasty shellfish of this region.

Board your coach for the 45-minute drive to Pula, a UNESCO World Heritage Site best known for its many surviving ancient Roman buildings, the most famous of which is its 1st century amphitheater. Known locally as the Arena, it is the sixth largest amphitheater in the world and is still in use today for summer film festivals. Continue your walking tour with visits to other notable and well preserved ancient Roman structures including the Sergius Arch and the temple to the God Apollo, built in the honor of the 1st century Roman emperor Caesar Augustus. Depart Split by motor coach to Klis and the Stella Croatica Ethno Village, a family run producer of traditional Dalmatian delicacies. Begin with a walk through the orchard and olive grove along a winding stone path through the middle of a garden and further through Aroma Park, rich with aromatic herbs and spices specific to Dalmatia. You will be served a welcome drink of liquor made from cherries while your hostess explains the elements of the stone village there. You will see the old way of life, unit by unit; fireplace, wine cellar, sleeping room. You will see basic parts of the houses with all the furniture and equipment that was used in them. After free time for exploring, the bread preparing demonstration begins. Then you will learn more about olive oil and its benefits and how to recognize a good olive oil. You will taste two types of oil - extra virgin olive oil and oil obtained by pressing together olive fruit and whole lemons. Leaving the town of Split, you will take a 75-minute drive by coach to the famous Krka River Waterfalls. Located in lovely Krka National Park, the falls cascade over 17 natural barriers. Krka is one of the seven National Parks in Croatia and was formed to protect the Krka River. The whole area is rich with endemic species - vegetation as well as birds and fish. This tour will take you to the most attractive part of the park – the Skradinski Buk Waterfalls. The highest waterfall is 151 feet high which makes it the highest gypsum barrier in Europe. Above the falls there is a large plateau that offers spectacular views of the area. Your guided visit to the park will include a small ethnological exhibit and the old mill which is still in use.There is a path around the falls and you will have two hours of free time to explore before your 75-minute drive back to Split.

You will board your motor coach for the 90-minute drive to Pnsici Village and the Cetina River. For thousands of years the Cetina River has been crafting a beautiful canyon, creating miraculous forms in the stone of its riverbed. This crystal-clear river with a temperature pleasant enough for swimming, offers a true untouched nature experience. The 590-foot cliffs, cascades, lakes, underground tunnels and the 131-foot-high Gubavica Waterfall are on the agenda today. There are peaceful waters as well as Class I and II rapids interspersed during the approximately 3 – 3 ½ -hour rafting adventure. After a lot of excitement you will arrive at the Radmanove Mlinice restaurant where you will have some refreshments and enjoy a nice lunch. After lunch you will have a 45-minute drive back to Split.

The Old Town of Split is built on and around the spectacular Roman Palace erected by the Roman Emperor Diocletian in the 4th century. Your walking tour starts at the Palace where the Cathedral of St. Duje sits in the center of Split. Other sites include the Golden Gate, the Silver Gate, and the Peristyle Square. Depart Split toward “Pantan” Old Mill to enjoy local specialties (snacks of smoked ham, cheese, and olives) while a group of singers entertains you with local Dalmatian songs. A 45-minute drive will take you to Trogir, situated on a small island connected to the mainland by a bridge. You will visit the Cathedral of St. Lawrence. On this tour, you will be taken through all the parts of the Old City where some of the most memorable scenes from the ongoing cultural phenomenon, Game of Thrones, were filmed, including: The Pile Gate where King Joffrey was faced with a citizens’ riot and pelted with dung, the Lovrijenac Fort where the unsuccessful attack on King's Landing, known as the Battle of Blackwater, took place. Here you will have the unique opportunity to taste some of the finest wines from the region, and also meet with wine producer Mr. Andro Crvik, who will give a presentation and speech about wines of Croatia and this particular region. Start with a 45-minute scenic coach drive that will take you along the spectacular Adriatic Coast. You will drive south of Dubrovnik Riviera, passing the charming Zupa Dubrovacka with numerous small villages and resorts along the coast. You will arrive at the small village of Komaji and the Crvik family’s renowned vineyards and winery. Here you will have unique opportunity to taste some of the finest wines from this region, but also meet with wine producer Mr. Andro Crvik who will make presentation and speech about wines of Croatia and this particular region. Explore the beautiful city known as the 'Pearl of the Adriatic' on this walking tour. Take a walk along the Stradun, the glass-like main promenade that runs from the Pile to Ploce gates, following the line of the channel that once divided the town into two parts. Along the way, view some of the landmarks of Dubrovnik. See outside of the Franciscan Monastery with the Old Pharmacy, opened in 1317 and the third oldest in Europe, the Big Onofrio's Fountain that brought water to the town, the once mint and customs office that used to be located in the Sponza Palace, the Church of St Blaise – Dubrovnik's patron saint, the magnificent Rector's Palace and many other edifices created through centuries that made Dubrovnik the UNESCO site it is today. Upon walking along the main promenade continue toward the City Walls. The City Walls were completed in the 13^th century. The ramparts are intact and encircle the old city with a circumference of more than a mile and a half. Ascending the stairway at Pile Gate, you will soon reach the top of the wall where your guide will lead you on a walking tour along the Walls. You will see the gorgeous Minčeta Fortress, St. John`s Fortress and Bokar Fortress. Reaching the Stradun, you will come in the very center of the Old Town and will have an opportunity to explore the town on your own before returning back to the yacht.

This is an opportunity to explore the beautiful natural setting of the green and fertile Konalve Valley. You will board your motor coach for a scenic drive to the village of Ljuta where you will visit the Old Mill called Mlinica Dvori which is still in function today. Here you will be able to see a demonstration of flour production using traditional methods in a water power stone mill. Enjoy a welcome drink of home-made liqueurs or a soft drink and dried figs. Continue your trip toward Gruda Village where Antonia Ruskovic has kept the tradition of the ancient handcraft of silk production. Silk is one of the oldest textile fibers known to mankind. The silk thread produced here is mostly used for embroidering the beautiful national costume of the Konalve region. You will be able to share in this magnificent cultural endeavor as you produce a silk thread in the age-old, traditional manner. Listen to an explanation of the whole process, from cocoon boiling, to thread reeling, dyeing, plying, reeling, weaving, and embroidering. Your excursion begins with a 30-minute drive to the small Baroque village of Perast for a walking tour in this pedestrian only village. See the Cathedral of St. Nicholas and other monuments including the Parish Church, the 12th century Sveti Djordje Church, and the Sveti Nikola Church, built between the 15th and 17th centuries . In a local restaurant, you’ll taste some typical sweets, made from an original recipe used during the Baroque period. You will have some free time before boarding a private motor boat to Gospa od Skrpjela, a Baroque-style church situated on one of two islets in the bay of Kotor, across from Perast. The islet is man made, and its original church was built in 1452. You'll view the stunning present church,Our Lady of the Rocks, built in 1632, and enlarged in 1722. You'll see 68 magnificent paintings by Tripo Kokolja, a famous 17th century Baroque artist from Perast whose most important painting, The Death of the Virgin, is nearly 33 feet long. Once arrived at Ivanova Korita, located at the foot of Mount Lovcen National Park, and after a tour introduction and safety briefing you will receive your helmet, board your 2-person ATV and take the asphalt road towards the Ivanov Konak restaurant, from where you will take the Austro - Hungarian off road for 5 miles (8km) across Lovcen Mountain National Park. During this tour you will enjoy the beautiful refreshing shadow of the thick beech forest that embraces the road like a tunnel. Many of its narrow cobblestone streets are closed to traffic, making the main part of Taormina accessible only by foot. The city of Herculaneum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was founded around the 4th century B.C., copying the geometric regularity of the layout of Naples. Its “decumani” (main streets) have an east-west orientation, while the “cardines” (narrower streets) run north-south. There is undeniably a “feeling” about Herculaneum, quite different from Pompeii, where you get the impression that its ancient population of 5,000 packed up and left only moments ago. Herculaneum was smaller than Pompeii but is better preserved simply because, while hot ashes consumed the wood of Pompeii’s buildings, Herculaneum was covered by hot mud which sealed and protected entire city blocks. This means that marble floors, mosaics, paintings and carbonized woods can still be admired today. You will discover the ancient luxurious properties and villas including the House of the Mosaic, the House of Deer, the Thermae (baths) and the House of Carbonized Furniture. After a guided tour, you will be driven back to meet the yacht in Sorrento.
