You'll learn to make Pasta all’uovo, a traditional Italian dough made from eggs and flour, which is a staple in the Emilian region. We'll guide you through three different pasta types and classic Italian dishes: Fettuccine Alfredo, Gnocchi with butter and sage, and Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. At the end of the class, you’ll enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve prepared, paired with a glass of wine. As a souvenir, each participant will receive a Homesteria apron, cookbook, and a certificate of participation. It's an experience you won’t want to miss!
