After completing professional training, she teamed up with Marco in 2015, and together they run a B&B, home restaurant, and offer cooking classes. She’s also the first chef in Italy to be part of the Slow Food Alliance Home Restaurant network. Throughout the class, you’ll dive into the iconic world of Italian homemade pasta. You'll learn to make Pasta all’uovo, a traditional Italian dough made from eggs and flour, which is a staple in the Emilian region. We'll guide you through three different pasta types and classic Italian dishes: Fettuccine Alfredo, Gnocchi with butter and sage, and Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. At the end of the class, you’ll enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve prepared, paired with a glass of wine. As a souvenir, each participant will receive a Homesteria apron, cookbook, and a certificate of participation.  It's an experience you won’t want to miss!

Leaving behind Kotor’s historic charm, enjoy a short yet scenic drive to the Cable Car station base. Board the cable car for a thrilling ascent to the summit of Lovćen Mountain, where you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of Kotor, the Bay of Kotor, and the surrounding landscapes. The ride itself offers fantastic photo opportunities as you rise above the city. At the summit, take time to soak in the serene atmosphere and the expansive vistas of Lovćen National Park. Revel in the beauty of the panoramic scenery and the invigorating mountain air. Whether you seek quiet reflection or shared enjoyment with fellow travelers, this experience promises tranquility and awe.

Your journey begins with a scenic drive along the Bay of Kotor, offering stunning views of the bay and surrounding villages as you ascend into the mountains. A panoramic stop will provide a chance to capture breathtaking photos of the landscape. Your first destination is a small arboretum, where you'll enjoy a brief nature walk and explore a diverse collection of plants and trees from around the world. A short drive will then take you to the picturesque village of Nudo, where you'll visit the historic Dabovic Winery. At the winery, which has been in operation for over a century and boasts vine species from the Austria-Hungary era, you'll be greeted with local drinks and pastries. The award-winning wines here, once served at the royal court in Vienna, are complemented by organic vegetables, honey, and dairy products produced on-site. Enjoy a delightful light lunch made from these fresh, local products and experience the warm hospitality of the Dabovic family. After this immersive visit, board the coach for your return journey to Kotor.

Embark on a half-day aquatic adventure exploring the crystal-clear waters off Dubrovnik, once praised by famed sea explorer Jacques Cousteau as one of the cleanest and most pristine in the world. Your journey begins as you board a zodiac at the harbor, setting off along Dubrovnik’s stunning city walls with breathtaking views from the sea. Cruise past the Lapad Peninsula, passing the picturesque Grebeni Lighthouse, and continue toward Kolocep Island. Here, you'll stop at the Modra Spilja Cave (Blue Grotto) for a refreshing swim and snorkeling session. After enjoying the crystal waters, you'll head to Lopud Island, where you can relax on its white sandy beaches. Following your beach time, enjoy a light lunch and drink at a local restaurant before re-boarding your speedboat for a scenic cruise back to Dubrovnik.

After departing the port, you'll head to the village of Mandaljena, home to the Miloslavic Family. Croatian cuisine varies by region, and coastal dishes are known for their use of olive oil, herbs like rosemary and sage, and influences from Greek, Roman, and Venetian culinary traditions, passed down through generations. At the Miloslavic Family Home, you'll enjoy an interactive cooking class. Pick fresh vegetables from their garden and learn how to prepare traditional dishes as your host shares culinary secrets and explains local recipes. All meals are made with organic ingredients, including the family’s own olive oil, wine, vegetables, homemade prosciutto, and bacon. This hands-on experience lets you engage with locals, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and immerse yourself in the rich culinary heritage of Croatia. Everything, including ingredients, supplies, and wine, will be provided. Just bring your enthusiasm and appetite!
