Road Bay, French Invasion Hike

Board your privatized speedboat and set off to your first snorkel spot at Little Bay, the tiniest beach on Anguilla and one of the most beautiful locations to snorkel. It is also one of the most private beaches on Anguilla, since the only way to get there is by foot or by water, and since it is protected by high cliffs on three sides there is hardly any surf, making it a perfect snorkel stop. Snorkeling in these crystal-clear warm waters will be a rewarding experience with plenty of colorful fish, squid and shells. In general, Anguilla is well known for its snorkeling and has an abundance of fish; you can find the feisty little black-barred Sergeant Major and plenty of colorful wrasses, snappers and grunts. Then on to the second snorkel stop, which is Shoal Bay, where you will find a reef abundant with coral and sea fans, along with Parrot Fish, Blue Tang and even Trunk Fish, the ones that look like little triangular boxes. The third and last snorkel spot will be Sandy Island, also famous for its excellent snorkeling with plenty to be seen. After this last stop, rum punch will be served and the guests will return to the pier in Sandy Ground. Please note : Guests must be able to swim and feel comfortable with snorkeling equipment. Built in 1674 by Sir Christopher Codrington, this was the site of one of the first full-scale sugar plantations on Antigua and is located just south of Pares Village. For more than 300 years, this prominent sugar plantation has played a leading role in, and influenced the lives of many generations of Antiguans. This is the only twin sugar mill, standing side by side in the Eastern Caribbean and has several renovated sugar trains used to transport sugar cane across the island which you can view and photograph. There will be chance to stop and simply take a swim or relax and soak up the sun in the idyllic beach location. You then will be guided back to Hawksbill Beach along the shoreline seeing dozens of beaches along the crystal-clear Caribbean waters and have another opportunity to soak up the Antiguan sun and see the Antiguan western coastline. There will be some time to just chill on the beach, to have a swim and a walk along the beach with a drink from the bar or browse the gift shop. Your air-conditioned transportation will be waiting for the return to the yacht. Please note: Jet skis are sold on the basis there are 2 guests on each jet ski and single guests will be charged double. Guests must be 18 years of age to drive the jet skis and show a valid id. Maximum weight of combined participants is 400 pounds. The tour is not suitable for guests with back problems, guests who are pregnant. Non-swimmers are welcome. Guests should bring sunglasses, sun cream, a towel and wear swim wear.

Nelson's Dockyard Walking Tour & Boating Around English Harbour - 2022 Approximately 3 hours Activity Level: Easy to Moderate Be greeted at the jetty by your professional Tour Guide for the start of this interesting tour and listen to your Guide through the Whisper Radio System for ease and clarity, so you miss nothing even for those with hearing aids as we have special adaptors! You will take a short stroll, through to English Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard. Built in 1725, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Nelson's Dockyard served as the base for the English naval squadron patrolling the West Indies. As you enter this historic park, the only working Georgian dockyard in the world, you will be met by your National Park's Guide who will lead you on a short, informative walking tour through the Dockyard with its beautifully restored buildings, detailed plaques, and many points of interest. Here you enjoy a complimentary and refreshing rum or fruit punch. There's then a fascination and unique way to see Nelson's Dockyard while boating around English Harbour. Your Guide will point out the interesting buildings, fascinating history, stories and anecdotes with numerous photo opportunities including the Pillars of Hercules. After the tour you will have free time to explore the Dockyard, museum, art gallery, gift shop, and boutiques. Your Guide will be on hand for the full duration of the tour and will escort you back to Falmouth Jetty. Please note : Bring sun protection, a hat or cover-up, comfortable walking shoes and your camera!

To start or end the day in the best way possible you should experience a relaxing and carefree morning or afternoon on the half-mile secluded white sand beach at Valley Church. The beach is beautiful, the water is warm and blue, and our experienced guides are on hand to make your day special. Board your air-conditioned taxi and drive approximately 30 -35 minutes to the famed Nest Beach Bar & Restaurant on Valley Church Beach. The beach here offers half a mile of soft white sand bordered by coconut palms and sea grape trees. You will be greeted on arrival with your complimentary drink, (rum punch or fruit punch) before you relax in a complimentary lounge chair in a specially designated area of the beach and sip on your welcome cocktail. Enjoy approximately 3 hours of relaxation while you soak up the sun, take a casual stroll along the beach, refresh yourself by swimming in the Caribbean Sea or treat yourself to a snack or an early lunch in the restaurant overlooking the sand and sea. Umbrellas are available for a nominal charge. The Nest Beach Bar & Restaurant features restrooms, freshwater showers as well as a beach bar and restaurant.
